Billing, Payment, Refund and Cancellations Terms

Unless and until You cancel the Service, or the Service is otherwise suspended or discontinued pursuant to this User Agreement, the Subscription Fee will be billed as per Your selected Payment Method (defined hereunder) for the subscription plan selected by You at the beginning of Your Subscription Term and on each subsequent renewal automatically (as per the subscription plan chosen by You). Visit the "Account" area of Your profile page to view/check the start date for Your next renewal term or to discontinue the Service. It might take a few days for your MVF payment to appear in your "Account" area.

All permitted ways as accessible to Users to process and enable the payment of the Subscription Fee for accessing the Subscription Services are referred to as "Payment Methods." The third-party payment gateways / service providers employed to handle and enable the payment of the Subscription Fee for accessing the Subscription Services will be governed by their Terms of Use and Privacy Policies.

You are responsible for the accuracy and validity of the information you give, including your bank account number/credit card details and any other information the payment gateway service provider requests throughout the membership process. We further emphasise that We do not receive or collect any of Your financial information, such as your bank account number, credit card and/or debit card number, one-time-password issued by your bank, passwords, bank customer IDs, and so on, and will not be liable if such information is misused by others. You agree and recognise that MVF Player is not accountable or responsible for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, including, without limitation, any losses resulting from a delay in payment instruction processing or any credit card/debit card/banking fraud.

Any payment processing complaint should be sent to the third-party payment gateway / payment processing service provider using the email address supplied by them.

Any and all payments made under the User Agreement are non-refundable, and we do not issue refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods for any reason, unless You have cause to think that Your Account information has been acquired without your authorization. In this case, you should contact the third-party payment gateway / payment processing service provider for assistance (using the email address supplied by them).
